gantry crane
1. Brief introduction:
The gantry crane is used in conjunction with the hoist. It adopts steel pipe legs and has a small windward side. It is a lightweight gantry crane used in outdoor and windy areas, with two operation modes: aerial and ground operation. Lifting capacity Gn=2t-20t, span 10m-30m, working environment below+40 ℃, working level 25%, wind pressure not exceeding 125Pa.
2. Technical features:
The transmission adopts a new generation three in one system, and the electrical appliances are controlled by contactless module speed regulation, which can achieve micro speed and dual speed proximity frequency conversion functions, making the operation and lifting performance particularly smooth. It is equipped with overload alarm, inclined pulling and lifting, secondary protection against hook impact, overcurrent protection for missing items, etc. The control panel (handle) adopts 12V voltage to achieve multifunctional protection for the hoist door crane. When the voltage is within 380V+5~-10%, the electronic control can be used for a long time up to "2 million" times.
3. Selection principle:
Industry usage, starting and jogging times/1h The daily practical time h must be specified as follows: for light cranes, starting and inching are Gn/0-80 times/1 hour Gn/2-40 times/1h Gn/1-15-20 times/h, high temperature of 50 ℃ and harsh environment times/1h ÷ 2.
4. Attention:
① At the work site, when the crane stops working, the user should promptly lock the crane.
② The main switch of this crane is not equipped with any wires. It is strictly prohibited to use it for lifting high-temperature molten liquids, flammable, explosive, corrosive, overloaded, dust and other hazardous operations.
③ The total length of the external suspension of the gantry crane is less than 1/3 of the span. At the external suspension limit Gn, 90% of the weight must be moved into the support legs before the large vehicle can operate. The weight Gn that needs to be reduced by 10-20% when the large vehicle is running outside the legs, and when the overhang exceeds 1/3 of the mid span, Gn should be reduced in sections. In the above situation, heavy objects can only be operated when they are close to the supporting leg of the large vehicle. Small spans should not run outside the legs.
